ELECTROPLATED DIAMOND & CBN PRODUCTS
There are a wide range of manufacturing styles and applications which are open to the benefits of electroplated products. These products include peripheral wheels, reamers, precision form wheels, cut off wheels, internal grinding wheels, needle files, drills and band saws.
Many customers require specific tooling made to process their product according to their product's particular shape. At Adept we are able to produce form grinding whhels to meet those applications. We are also able to produce these products to low tolerances where necessary.

BESPOKE TOOLING
Special tools are intrinsic to this technology and virtually any shape can be reproduced via an electroplate tool. As a customer all you need to do is supply us with a drawing or sample item and we will advise you of its suitability. The customer then has the choice of supplying the pre-form, or Adept can make the tool complete.
